New Wave Tonka Steel Mighty Dump Truck – Kind of Steel – Mostly Plastic Bought for my son’s 4th birthday. He loves running it through the house. As for being a replica of the steel version from years ago? Well it looks like it is but really only the bed is metal. The cab, wheels, undercarriage, and well basically everything else is sturdy plastic. Hey, at least it won’t rust much right?
Says it’s made out of Steel, but it is mainly plasitc. I thought that these trucks would be made of steel like the old classic trucks, but they were not. The only things that are steel are the dump bed, and the axles. Everything else is made of cheap plastic.
