CUTE look alike Dyson that help our autistic son overcome his fear of the vacuum! I really debated between 3 and 4 stars on this, but at the end of the day, the price is really good for what you get and my son loves it, so 4 it is. Refunds are a joke. Defective toy Received this vacuum and gave it to my son for Christmas. He was so excited until I could not get it to work properly. I put two new sets of batteries in the vacuum and both times it stopped working within a minute. The way it rolls is terrible and not at all smooth. The on / off button is reversed. Now I have been fighting for my full refund since Dec 27th. For some reason they gave me $10 less! They seem to be responding to my emails when they feel like it. Very disappointing.
