Great for Dad and Daughter to Spend Time As a software engineer I enjoy building and tinkering with gizmos in general. My 3 year old daughter also enjoys building/playing with blocks and pieces so this is a hobby we “play” together. As consumers of numerous types of products in this genre I particularly enjoy how they’ve constructed this product line. The pieces and connectors are large enough to pose a fitting construction challenge that match her current dexterity. For the most part I am just the guide and her hands do all…

Googly knex!! I had no idea what these were, my 5 year old kept asking for ‘googly knex’ I had to go to his preschool teachers and ask what he was talking about. He’s always been a builder and we have all sorts of legos, building block sets at home. He could spend hours putting these pieces together. I love that he gets to use his imagination and make different builds as these pieces are not your traditional square blocks. He’s made some great creations with his3 year old sister, who is now getting into…

Nice big set, but not in love Nice big set, with lots of pieces and big colorful pictures of ideas. My 4 yr olds really likes it.The connector pieces are not really strong tho, and the sticks pop out and the structure easily comes apart if it played too roughly with (and what child want to be “gentle” with a monster digger they just built?)I also wish it came with some kind of storage or tote.
