Didn’t work as expected As a preschool teacher, I have had one of these in my classroom and have seen one in almost every classroom I have visited. This year I purchased one for my daughter for Christmas. I don’t know what is different, but this one just seems very cheaply made. The calculator barely worked right out of the box and I thought that maybe that was due to lack of light on the little solar panel. For a few months, it limped along, numbers would appear on the screen, but the beeps from the buttons…

Don’t believe all the 5 star ratings. This thing is cheap! In the process of returning it. It was broken when it came out of the box. The “OPEN” button was jammed. The coins were not bagged. They found their way inside the toy. They are rattling all around and we can’t get them out. They are the likely reason the drawer gets jammed. It is very cheap an flimsy. It would probably break within a few days of my boys rough handling it.

Broken after just 2 days of play Really hoping the manufacture can address what’s happened. I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and two days later it is broken. She is not hard on her toys and was opening and closing it like instructed. The open button is totally pushed in on one side and it will not open. This was a toy I expected her to have for a long time and basically I’m going to have to throw it away. Very sad about this!
