Used Product. So my rating is based off the fact that I could tell instantly these walkie talkies have been opened, used and possibly returned prior. The box wasnt sealed and the top of it was bulging out. Opening the box the two walkie talkies weren’t wrapped, but clearly were meant to be wrapped because the plastic bags were stuffed in the bottom of the box under the walkie talkies. I didnt realize that batteries werent included, but that could be my mistake from not reading. So I don’t know how they work…
Truly awful product and CRYPTIC instructions (at best) We bought two pairs of these a few months and but opened them yesterday (4/10/2019) for my daughter’s birthday. Neither pair worked. Simply got static no mater what we did. Yes, we charged them fully. Yes we TRIED to follow the instructions supplied. I have a high tolerance for Pigeon-English on manuals.
